ARCO DA VELLA A ADEGA DE ELADIO is a project that was created to recorver a family winery and has respected the original shape and materials of the building. Stone and wood, whilst materials in popular Galician architecture, house a wine cellar that is fully equipped with the most advanced technological machinery and resources.

Their aim is to produce red and white wines from indigenous grape varieties.

The elaboration is with grapes harvested from their own vines, inherited from father to son for time inmemorial. The vine growing process adopted aims to recover the methods traditionally udes; without herbicides or insecticides, and ultimately establish ecological balance in the natural environment. They can therefore offer the consumer a healthy, invigorating high quality wine with organolectic characteristics prominent in aroma, colour and taste that were once inherent in tradicional vine growing but have since been forgotten.
